Precision Property Measurements (PPM) is seeking a Revit Modeler for a full-time position, leading a team dedicated to producing detailed as-built Revit models for substantial projects such as resort hotels, museums, high-rise buildings, and auditoriums across the country. As a recognized leader in the as-built service industry, boasting a robust national footprint and CAD/BIM operations in Salt Lake City, PPM invites you to enhance our team. You’re a Revit expert: With unmatched skills in Autodesk Revit, your background includes over 5 years dedicated to direct Revit modeling, particularly in large commercial projects.

THINGS YOU WILL DO:
In this full-time role, you’ll:
- Create precise As-Built Revit models from point cloud data, focusing on large, complex structures.
- Lead and coordinate teams in crafting complex 3D models, using BIM Collaborate Pro (formerly BIM 360).
- Support project planning, oversee project progress, and ensure successful project completion in line with PPM’s standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with external BIM partners to broaden our project capabilities.
- Guide and develop the Revit team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
- Drive process optimizations to enhance our BIM production workflows.

- Base Compensation: $25 to $35/hour – reflective of your education and experience.
