Why does it take a business day to receive a proposal?
With over 20 years working in the As-Built survey business, we’ve learned that no two jobs are alike. Rather than generating a quick quote from square footage, we carefully assess the building (and any additional buildings on the property) from an aerial view so that we can ensure your job is delivered to your specifications, on time, and on budget. We do not need to visit the site to provide a proposal, and we make sure your proposal is received no later than the next business day.
What’s the process like?
We provide you a detailed, itemized proposal with a time estimate. Once your proposal is accepted and signed, we’ll provide a firm timeline and begin with scheduling. We pride ourselves in delivering our projects on time and will keep you informed along the way. If there were to be a timeline delay due to unforeseen circumstances on site, we will let you know as soon as we know and work to move as quickly as possible.

Can you handle large-scale and Multi-Site As-Built projects?
Absolutely. Our team works nationwide on projects of all sizes. We have a fully trained staff of professionals including surveyors, drafters, project managers, customer service experts and more. Our capacity and capability allow us to provide accurate, consistent As-Built surveys nationwide. We are currently able to handle up to 50 locations per week.
