The PPM TEAM

The staff at Precision Property Measurements consists of a dedicated group of measurers, drafters, and customer service representatives.  These are the individuals that power the PPM As-Built system.

President – Andy McFarland

Andy became President of PPM in 2004.  He oversees the daily operations and business development of the company, as well as assisting with project management and production work.  Andy has worked on over 3,000 As-Built projects and has extensive firsthand experience in all aspects of As-Built production including project planning and management, building measurement, drafting, and customer service. 

Field Director – Colin Lenkeit

Colin manages PPM’s measuring staff and procedures.  He joined PPM in 2005 as a measurer and has worked on just about every type of project.  Colin draws on his broad range of project experience to come up with new and innovative ways to meet the many challenges presented by complex As-Built projects.

CAD Director – Tawny Correa

Tawny manages PPM’s drafting team.  She has been with us since 2005 and at various times has worked as a measurer, drafter, project manager and customer service rep.  Tawny is known for her attention to detail, friendly attitude and great sense of humor!

Customer Service Representative – Michelle Tia

Michelle is the friendly voice that you will hear when you call our office (yes, we answer our phone calls!).  Michelle handles all customer communication including new project orders, scheduling, project delivery, and other general inquiries.  It is her job to make sure you are satisfied with your experience with PPM.
