We will take your existing floor plan (or create them ourselves) and conduct a thorough square footage analysis using the BOMA standard for building measurement.  Final report includes a color shaded floor plan showing all building area designations, individual Leasing Maps of all suites, complete BOMA measurement spreadsheet, and certification letter.

We can take your existing paper drawings or PDF/JPG files and convert them into an AutoCAD file.  If necessary, we can then check accuracy in the field.

We also offer general drafting services for design and architecture projects.  We can take your hand-drawn sketches and input them into CAD at your direction.
